- This project represents a significant investment by the West Valley Water District that will add capacity to accommodate projected population growth and address needed plant upgrades. It is being delivered through a Design-Build (DB) process utilizing an integrated team to develop the design and construct the facility.
- While working with the prime, we served as project manager and technical lead guiding the treatment technology alternatives evaluation and establishing all the technical and performance requirements for the DB Team. We led the strategy to maximize existing process capacities and establish the most reliable and cost-effective plan for expansion.
- We are providing owner engineering design services, including technical reviews, quality assurance, permitting assistance, and engineering services during construction. Also responsible for setting the design definition, evaluating alternatives, developing the 30% design documents, and driving the DB process.
